Farmo offers the following five suggestions. (1) Construction of IoT communication infrastructure using LPWA (2) Provision of IoT products for agriculture, secondary industries, and disaster prevention (3) Provision of cloud services utilizing IoT products (4) Development of data business for the DX era Construction (5) Provide data and APIs to enhance company content. We will develop CATV and regional LPWA infrastructure and develop IoT-based services. Collaboration with local BWA
We will connect the regional BWA (broadband wireless telecommunication system provided by regional operators) that CATV is developing and the LPWA communication system provided by farmo to expand and promote the spread of regional IoT services.
Realization of free communication charges
By consolidating data at the base station using LPWA communication, the communication cost for each product is eliminated, and the communication fee (SIM fee) incurred at the base station is minimized and borne by farmo. As a result, communication charges for products have been made free of charge, eliminating the burden on farmers and promoting the spread of smart agriculture. (Fig.4)
