Charging method is also a topic, and in order to take advantage of Taycan's overwhelming high-speed charging performance, Porsche Japan will install a quick charger compatible with next-generation CHAdeMO (Chademo) at Porsche centers and public facilities nationwide. The charging output is 150 kW, the most powerful in Japan, and has the ability to charge the Taycan's on-board battery to 80% within 30 minutes. Of course, it also supports normal charging at home.
