When I was in elementary school, my grandmother bought an electone, played in a very free time, and played a sequence now, so I played with sounds.In a sense, what you're doing now is the same (laughs).But I did it in my elementary school days.
After that, I had a little ear and I could read the music, so when I was in the lower grades, I had been playing piano at a choir party.I don't want to say this much, but I'm a student council president, and it's like a so -called class member character, so I can make that kind of thing.I guess it was a good child ... (laughs).I hated bullying and called out to the bullying child.In addition, because he is close to the super bad guy, he may have been spotted by others.

In the upper grades of elementary school, in our days, rental CD stores were thriving, so I listened to the popular J-POP from one end.I didn't like a specific artist or genre, so I borrowed it in a rental CD store and listened to it all the time.I feel like I knew music and art myself.
My father liked Eiichi Otaki, but I didn't like a house with so -called music lovers and had a lot of jazz or classical records, and I'm the eldest son, so I started listening to my brother.I thought I was disappointed with such a child (laughs).So, I didn't rent a lot of music, but it might have been a sign of wanting to know more than such a child.
Junior high schools are private, but the world has suddenly changed.First of all, the time to listen to music has increased enormously by going to school.At that time, the range of defense was expanded, and I was able to go to Tower Records or HMV.As with reading, the world opened at once.At that time, magazines are stronger than now, and when you look at fashion magazines, there are music you don't know at all.I think that it was biased now, but music recommended by Urara -based people, such as hip -hop in the United States, dancing music in the UK, as new information came in.The house seemed cool.It feels like there is a person called DJ EMMA.
At the same time, the Japanese rap was getting excited.When I was in the middle, "Sanpon Camp" was held, and the scene was formed.When I entered junior high school, I suddenly stopped listening to Japanese music, but I only listened to Japanese rap.I often heard Buddha BRAND.I listened to the two -disc vest ("Best of the Best (monument)").It's a big work for those who listen to Japanese laps in a certain generation, so it's too natural to list this here.
When I was in my second year of junior high school, I was a homestay family in London, England.
In our era, music videos were going very well, and there were some interesting Western music MVs such as Beastie Boys and Talking Heads flowing in MTV and space shower. Also, I hate disk guides, so rather than seeing 50 Ambient or 50 hip -hop selections, I was looking at the pop of the CD shop and swapping and aiming for a hit. While there is no money. Also, I was doing a little skateboard, so I couldn't avoid the hardcore. Skating videos really have hip -hop and hardcore in the same row. It was also the entrance. Listen to DC or Minor Thread and Fugazi. That may also be affected by magazines and culture. I don't know what's cool, but I dug more and more with the feeling that it was cool. While thinking, "What is a discord (record)?" (Laughs).
In my case, American hardcore, indie music, and later post -locks have arrived on a completely different route, but those who are doing post -rock are originally from hardcore or local music colleagues.There were many newly formed bands, and I was glad that it was connected.In the end, if you use hip -hop, you can connect from Sampling to Seoul or funk, and you know that there are so many motowns, or if you go to techno from AFRIKA Bambaataa's "Planet Rock", or swim in the music if you swim in music.The feeling of being connected was interesting.
It's still ahead of starting to make music.But when I was in high 3, a member of the Philharmonic and classmate Sai -chan (Ryosuke Saito) said that he wanted to do Oasis at the school festival, and he knew that I could play the keyboard, so I was asked for a piano.rice field.It was pretty bad (laughs).I hadn't been studying with middle and high schools for a long time, so I thought I couldn't go to college without studying, so I remembered that I was invited during important times (laughs).I participated because it was Sai -chan's band, otherwise I haven't done it together.I did such a play band, but there's nothing like making it myself.There was nothing in that era, and I was just walking around the city.I didn't really do anything.
Even when I entered college, I didn't start making music (laughs).You just bought Yamaha MTR after 20 years old.But now, I wonder if I was a junior high school student, when VAIO was released, I knew that if it was, I could make music alone, and I thought it would be nice to do that.do.When I decided my career, I thought I would go to a beautiful college or music college because I liked it, but I thought it would be unpleasant to learn from people.You were strangely influenced by the independent spirit of hip -hop.Anyway, I thought VAIO was good, but I didn't want to make music with a little bit.
At that time, that's what read "FADER", going to Disk Union or Warszawa to follow the new score, and there is more literacy. As I listened to electronica, I thought that pop was ugly. I thought that there was a principle as a listener, so now I think it's better to throw it away (laughs), but I listened to it while thinking that it was cooler than a pop one. It was a type of listener that it is better to complete the sound in a computer in a personal computer. He was just immature (laughs). However, I think that there is always such a listener, even if I become the creator, and I have to be able to confront such feelings. I do it based on my experience at that time.
The reason I decided to make music was that I was recording environmental sounds in university issues. At that time, I was already listening to Chris Watson (British field recording writer). That's why I was aware that field recordings were also treated as music, so I learned that they would record this way. And I don't remember why I started, but I was doing something like making a patch on a personal computer to make an electronic sound. The first thing that makes you make music when you make a slightly melody by combining them is the first ("Shuta Hasunuma"). I was playing a song on myspace, but there was a contact from a label called Western Vinyl in the United States, and I was sending a demonstration. I don't remember the front and rear relationships, but I met via MySpace. You're still doing Western Vinyl. I think it's amazing. The first piece was made lightly. It wasn't something that I confronted and confronted myself, but rather a certain thing. I didn't have the skills to edit or compose it. It's such an album. I like that too.
From 2006 to 2008, I made it every day until "POP OOGA" was created. You also cut the part -time job. I've been working all the time, how to recording at home and how to make sounds. In the evening, my shoulders are stiff, so do a marathon. That routine. I meet Atsushi Sasaki and give out "POP OOGA" from Headz, but Sasaki is a chance operator, so I have the talent to think that this person will be interesting. 。 "Hasunuma -kun, you should put together what you've done so far," and for the first time, I got the theme of my creation. Well, let's put it together, try to put everything you can, make it every day for about a year, and you can make it "POP OOGA". I put everything I can do with the DAW I learned in a couple of years. There is a rough part to listen to now, but it is satisfactory as an album.

Until then, I was at home, but I started to come and go to Headz and meet people. The biggest thing is that there was a release party for "POP OOGA". ASUNA's Arashi (Naoyuki) and Kinopi (Misato Kinoshita) are also out. It's amazing that I play my sound source and play accordingly. I wanted to make all the live performances, and at that time I made a "Team Pop Ogre" and did it for the first time in a band formation. I did it with Sai -chan at a school festival, but since then I've been playing music with people, so it has spread at the release party, including that. At that time, Katsugase -kun, mabanua and me. After that, I had Shuita Ishizuka, Yu Ojima and Itken joined, and became the prototype of the current Philharmonic.
While performing live in various places as a team, HEADZ was asked to appear from Mr. Sasaki when HEADZ planned a performance of OVAL in Germany.At that time, I suggested, "I wonder if it should be a different feeling, for example, a string or a tube or an orchestra?"So in addition to the usual members, you set up a special version and went to Daikanyama UNIT.The organization at that time was named Hasunuma Philharmonic.
I often say that that live was a big mistake.I thought I would definitely revenge because I was disappointed, so I did an event called "New Year Concert 2011" at Vacant.At that time, I felt an unprecedented response.I had never been impressed by my live.I thought it was a phenomenon that I could not make by myself.From that point on, the activity of the Philharmonic continues, and it feels like it is now (laughs).
As I always say, I think about installations and exhibitions musically, so I dared to put them on this resume.If you look side by side, it's really like an album.Of course, the output is different, and it is different if the genre is different, but for me, I make an exhibition with one work.Because of that, there are really few solo albums.There is a solo album called "melodies", but it was made with the concept of singing from the beginning, so it is a little different from "POP OOGA".
Also, the big thing I wrote here is that I went to the United States.You were selected as a program called "ASIAN CULTURAL COUNCIL (ACC)" to send artists to New York for half a year.So, Takashi Murakami also said so, but when I went to New York at ACC, I didn't do anything (laughs).When I thought about it, I was moving all the time, and I thought it would be nice to do nothing in the United States.So, in New York, I met people, saw works, watched, and went to concerts.As I have been in my life as much as "the output is also input", it was time to spend my time on people's works for six months in New York.That was luxury.I want to go back.

Finally, you should talk about the album.The first phase of the Hasunuma Phil / Furphill is "Time Play", and the second phase is an event called "Meeting Place" and "Tokyo Jaksta", and "Antroposen" is served, toured, and "Full Fony".Until the recording.I'm going to start the next third term.That's why the "Fulfony" released in August is a complete group in the second phase.
When it comes to the Hasunuma Philharmonic, as I did in Ryutist ( * Hasunuma offers two songs, "Girls" and "Alive" on the album "Faleset" of Niigata's idol group in Niigata), and listen to the sound, "It's Hasunuma Fill". It has a personality enough to be transmitted. The musical instrument configuration has been decided, and the style of riding a song has been completed. That's a very good thing, on the other hand. I want to move forward and make something new. Since Phil is active, the style changes each time and there is a new discovery. There is something that has been attractive. However, as I continued my activities, I made some shape, and I wrote the score as if it were written, and even made an album called "Antroposen". As a band, I have a good friend, and I have a tight thing, but in order to move forward, I think that I can make something by bringing in the opposite relationship without being spoiled there. There is an idea. The full -fill is to tell the members, get OK and recruit members to the public.
I think you have to break what you are doing to create new things.I want to keep the change at all times.Looking back in this way, I think that I have been doing so, not just full -fill.Maybe that makes my activities difficult to understand (laughs).
Hasunuma obsession
1983年9月11日生まれ、東京都出身の音楽家。2006年10月にアメリカのインディーズレーベルから発表したアルバム「Shuta Hasunuma」でデビュー。2010年に総勢16名からなる現代版フィルハーモニックポップオーケストラ「Hasunuma obsessionフィル」を結成し、2014年1月に1stアルバム「時が奏でる」をリリースする。2016年2月には蓮沼がシンガーソングライターとして制作したソロアルバム「メロディーズ」を発表。11月に公募から選抜した新メンバー10名を蓮沼フィルに追加した26名の新たなクリエーション「Hasunuma obsessionフルフィル」を始動させる。2018年8月に東京・すみだトリフォニーホールにてHasunuma obsessionフルフィルのお披露目公演「フルフォニー」を行った。2019年には平成30年度「第69回 芸術選奨 文部科学大臣賞」メディア芸術部門において新人賞を受賞。同年8月に東京・日比谷野外大音楽堂でHasunuma obsessionフィル単独公演「日比谷、時が奏でる」を開催し、この模様を収めたBlu-rayボックスが2020年4月に発売された。5月には蓮沼フィルが完全リモートで制作した楽曲「Imr」を配信リリース。8月にHasunuma obsessionフルフィルとしての1stアルバム「フルフォニー|FULLPHONY」を配信し、10月に同作のCDとアナログが発売される。
