MESON and DOCOMO, AR Glass Apps- "Remote Work" and "Regional Tourism" images
MESON announced on March 4 that it has jointly developed two product demonstrations apps for the new AR (expansion reality) glass "NREAL AIR" released by NTT DOCOMO. The two demonstrations apps will be Japan's first "Japan NREAL official AR app" developed for "NREAL AIR". The theme is "Remote Work" and "regional sightseeing", respectively, and you can enjoy remote communication experiences using AR and experience as if you are easily visiting sightseeing spots with paperless. In the AR experience with the theme of "Remote Work", digital sticky notes, images, and video information can be pasted in a 360 -degree space. It was designed as an AR space where a self -blooming that gives ideas alone and a discussion of multiple people. It is a content that allows you to experience the next generation of work style, while enjoying work more conveniently and efficiently through AR. The AR experience on the theme of "regional sightseeing" was designed to excite the falling tourism industry, including not only urban areas, but also in rural areas. It displays sightseeing spots at 360 degrees around, and can move smoothly to the destination according to the navigation indicated by AR. It is a content that can enjoy a series of flows from encountering sightseeing spots. The two demonstration experiences can be experienced in the experience corner, which is located at about 100 docomo shops nationwide for a limited time. In addition, the experience corner is said to be free and can be used for free. Meson plans to spread the Japanese market of the NREAL AIR itself and to recognize the market in the AR field itself through this demo experience app. In the future, based on the practical use of experience apps, the company will update the service content so that it can be used in actual work scenes and sightseeing spots.
