Ducati announces helmet for touring … Can be connected to smartphone via Bluetooth

On February 1st, Ducati unveiled the Horizon V2 in Europe, a helmet specially designed for touring. Photo: Ducati's touring helmet "Horizon V2" This helmet is equipped with an intercom system that can connect smartphones, intercoms between riders and rear seat passengers, and intercoms between motorcycles via Bluetooth. The Horizon V2 helmet incorporates the "N-Com B902X" intercom system to ensure connectivity. Using voice commands, intercom, and automatic phone switching, you can manage your smartphone's incoming call answering, hanging up, and redialing the last called number through Bluetooth. The intercom system also features a smart conference function that allows group communication and music sharing with rear seat passengers and other motorcycle riders when touring. The Horizon V2 is made from an ultra-carbon material that combines aramid and glass fiber for strength and lightness. Styrofoam is used in the internal structure to absorb and disperse the energy when it receives an impact.
