You can enjoy various games that support the controller, as well as playing the PlayStation®4 game on the iPhone or iPad using the remote play function.

This time, I will answer questions from users in the form of "common questions".If you have a corresponding terminal, please try it.

By updating the Apple device to the version of the following OS, it can be paired with DualShock 4 ( * 1).

■ iOS 13 ■ iPad OS ■ MacOS Catalina ( * 2) ■ tvos 13

When connecting the Apple device and DualShock 4 for the first time, you must paired via Bluetooth according to the following steps.

* For the name of each part of the controller, please see the PS4 user's guide.

■ Make sure the light bar of the controller is off.If it is lit, press and hold the PS button until it turns off.If the controller is connected to the USB cable, remove the connection.■ Press the SHARE button and hold the PS button until the light bar flashes.■ Switch the Bluetooth settings for the Apple device to use, and select the controller in the device list.When the pairing is completed, the light bar lights up.

By connecting DualShock 4 to the Apple device, you can roughly play the game in two ways.

[1] Access the PS4 Remote Play app to access the PS4 from the iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and play PS4 games by streaming.

[2] Play various games (including Apple Arcade) that correspond to operations with MFI authentication controllers on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.

The "PS4 Remote Play" app is an application that can remotely control PS4.By installing it on the iPhone, iPad, and Mac, you can connect to the PS4 far away and enjoy the PlayStation's realistic game experience anytime, anywhere.As a result, the following operations are possible.

■ Display the PS4 screen on mobile devices such as smartphones ■ Operate PS4 using DualShock 4 and controller displayed on the screen ■ Play the continuation of the game played on PS4 with mobile devices.Participate in voice chat using a mobile device microphone

Depending on your equipment, functions such as touchpads, vibration functions, motion sensors, stereo headphones/microphone terminals, etc. may not be available.
