Ara-Y3 is a USB microphone that anyone can use easily. You can start collecting sound immediately by connecting to a PC, smartphone, or tablet with a cable*1. It supports not only Windows and Mac PCs, but also iOS and Android devices * 2, so you can upgrade only the microphone with the device you are familiar with. The main unit has a simple design with only two knobs, so even people using a microphone for the first time will not be confused about operation and settings. The Ara-Y3 has practical functions that make it easy to use. You can choose from 2 patterns for the direction of picking up sound. You can choose front (front only) when speaking alone, and front and back (both front and back) when talking, making it useful in a variety of situations. In addition, it is equipped with a mute function that allows you to turn off the microphone with one touch. It also has an LED that allows you to see the mute status. Equipped with a headphone output with volume adjustment that allows you to monitor the sound being picked up without delay. The Ara-Y3 comes with a USB cable (typeC→A, about 2m) and a conversion screw (3/8→5/8 inch) to match the standard of the microphone stand. Also included is a registration card that allows you to download the popular DAW software "AbletonLiveLite" for free.
